    For your agency membership to be reassessed and reapproved please provide us with copies of the following state relevant documentation (scanned and/or photographed and attached to your reply). Please ensure the issuing organisation’s details are provided, to enable us to contact them for verification of documentation.

    I declare that the above information is true and correct and give permission for the Australian Nanny Association to verify any information considered necessary to process this agency application. I have read and understand the Australian Nanny Association model constitution and Facebook Code of Conduct and upon successful appointment to the Australian Nanny Association my agency agrees to be bound by this constitution/code of conduct for the duration of the agencies membership period.
  • Public Register

    The Australian Nanny Association by law are required to keep a public register of all members. It is mandatory to have your full name, date of membership, membership number, State/Territory and postcode available, which may be used for limited purposes specified in the model constitution. Please note however we do not share additional details including your postal and/or residential address unless required to do so by law.

  • ANA AGENCY MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

  • This code of conduct outlines the expectations that the ANA has of its members, who must agree to the code of conduct at the time of application. 1. Agency members will: a) Maintain compliance with ANA membership criteria, and provide evidence of compliance when requested by the ANA committee in the case of a random audit. b) Adhere to this code of conduct. c) Adhere to the ANA Facebook group code of conduct. d) Comply with relevant state laws and regulations in relation to professional nanny placement agencies. e) Hold public liability insurance. f) Present themselves in a professional manner and treat industry colleagues and clients respectfully. g) Conduct appropriate screening of applicants and ensure all relevant checks are in order before offering work to applicants. h) Ensure all carers under the direction of the agency maintain: i. Current working with children check (or state / territory equivalent). ii. Current Level 2 First Aid qualification (Codes: HLTAID003, HTLAID004). iii. Current CPR qualification (HLTAID001), updated annually. Loyalty to the Association • Members shall not publicly criticise the association nor allow or encourage a third party to do so. • Members shall not make false accusations or insinuations about the association its members or committee. • Members shall respect and uphold high standards and maintain public confidence in the nanny profession by not engaging in any act or omission likely to damage its reputation or interests.
